SMS Messaging Program

Mortgage Lending Utah LLC operates a text messaging program for two groups:

• Borrowers — status updates about an active loan application (for example, document requests, conditions cleared, or closing scheduling).
• Real estate agent partners — occasional updates about a mutual client's loan file or referral relationship.

These are informational messages related to a service relationship, not general marketing blasts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on where your loan file or referral relationship stands. Borrowers may receive several messages during active file processing and few or none between milestones. Agent partners typically receive occasional, non-recurring updates.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mortgage Lending Utah LLC is not responsible for carrier fees.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
